Motoneurones et partenaires synaptiques (MotoPSyn)
Notre but est de comprendre l’impact de l’environnement sensorimoteur globalement sur la physiologie motrice et sur le possible développement de pathologies motoneuronales. A l’aide de divers modèles (invertébrés, amphibiens, mammifères et humains), complémentaires tout en offrant des opportunités expérimentales spécifiques, notre recherche vise principalement à comprendre les processus fondamentaux du développement du motoneurone et de la physiologie des fonctions motrices dans le contexte des interactions permanentes entre la cellule unitaire, les réseaux de neurones et l’information sensorielle. Nous menons également des projets plus spécifiques concernant des pathologies développementales et motrices (SLA, TSA et vestibulopathies).
