QuPath, a new training proposed by the BIC

After a first successfull test-session of their QuPath training in February, it is now the moment for the Bordeaux Imaging Center to propose it officially as their other trainings in collaboration with the GRETA.

QuPath is an open-source, multi-platform software dedicated to analysis of images originating from slide scanners. It offers a wide possibility for an easy and efficient way to detect, characterize and classify objects, from anatomical structures up to intracellular compartments.
