Manchester-Bordeaux Research fund Program

Call for Applications

The University of Manchester and Université de Bordeaux are pleased to announce the 2025 Joint Research Seed Fund to support new and developing research collaborations between our institutions. This fund provides up to £4K per Manchester applicant and €4K per Bordeaux applicant for projects lasting up to 18 months, starting from June 2025 (latest start: August 2025).

To be eligible, teams must include at least two researchers from each university. The fund supports joint research, travel, networking, workshops, and exchanges.

The application deadline is April 23, 2025, at 12 PM (CET).
