Survey by Neurocampus Parity Committee
“Strength lies in differences, not in similarities” Stephen R. Covey
The richness that one can harvest from diversity in sex, gender, culture, and opinion is not to be taken lightly and is critical to comprehensive scientific progress. Talent exists amongst humans, whatever their genetic or geographic background, albeit often misrepresented.
Therefore the Neurocampus Parity Committee actively engages in erasing bias by promoting parity and geographic diversity. To this end, we have prepared a survey that we invite you to fill out in order to measure parity and geographic diversity in Bordeaux Neurocampus and to enable us to adapt actions aimed at reducing disparities in the fields of employment, education, representation… and discrimination on the basis of gender/diversity, and to measure their effects.
We thank you for your contribution (about 10 minutes and 50 questions). Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions ()
