Sophrology sessions are back! On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you can register directly with the instructor.
To better your stress management, anxieties, sleep problems and more, you can rely on sophrology.
It also improves your concentration, attention and makes you work on your posture and your voice.
Bring a pen & paper to take some notes and see how much you improve over time!
