Title
Abstract
As part of the implementation of the University of Bordeaux’s Transition Charter, this seminar will address a key issue: occupational well-being.
Understanding occupational well-being requires integrating the real experiences and perceptions of employees rather than relying solely on existing models and tools. Innovative and engaging approaches, such as gamification, can play a key role in fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes well-being.
This session introduces an innovative and immersive approach with SLAC (Sens, Lien, Activité, Confort) The Game, a gamified tool designed to explore the key factors of occupational well-being and identify concrete action levers.
