ENLIGHT is the European university alliance of which the University of Bordeaux is a member, alongside 9 other universities: University of the Basque Country, Comenius University in Bratislava, University of Galway, Ghent University, University of Göttingen, University of Bern, University of Groningen, University of Tartu, and Uppsala University.
A networking session in English among teacher-researchers/researchers from the 10 universities is organized to initiate research collaborations.

Monday, April 29th
ENLIGHT online networking sessions open to all researchers/teacher-researchers member and of the alliance.
Join us on Monday, April 29th to explore the networking tools available to ENLIGHT researchers and find partners for your research collaboration projects within the alliance. It’s also an excellent opportunity to meet potential partners for future ENLIGHT project calls.
To register for Monday’s session, please follow this link: b2match platform. After creating your profile, you will be able to attend the presentations during the event, schedule one-on-one meetings with other participants, search for funding opportunities, and post announcements to find partners. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your research projects during dedicated thematic sessions. Each presentation should last 5 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with other faculty and researchers present. If you wish to give a presentation, please contact Raphaël Patouillard-Panafieu (contact details below) by April 15th, indicating your chosen session and providing your presentation slides by April 22nd. The presentation template is attached to this email.

Event dedicated to Early Career Researchers – Leadership & Networking
Participate in an event tailored for Early Career Researchers, addressing leadership and networking from theoretical and practical perspectives. A workshop will be carried out by Juko-Mart Kõlar from the University of Tartu with a practical case study on navigating the complexities of building and managing a diverse team in a fiercely competitive landscape. He will outline strategies and techniques for fostering an environment where every team member comprehends their role in achieving objectives and where efficient coordination mechanisms are ingrained in the daily culture.
