In 2024, as usual, the Bordeaux Imaging Center organizes several training sessions:

– Image processing and analysis on ImageJ/Fiji (3 sessions) — from 14 to 16 February 2024 // from 13 to 15 May 2024 // from 18 to 20 September 2024

– Widefield microscopy and confocal microscopy (2 sessions) — from 5 to 7 March 2024 // from 8 to 10 October 2024

– Super-resolution in photonic microscopy (1 session) — from 4 to 6 June 2024

– Images reconstruction and 3D analysis with Imaris (1 session) — from 10 to 12 June 2024

– Tasks automation on ImageJ/Fiji : the macros (1 session) — from 24 to 26 June 2024
