Quantitative imaging of the cell
Imagerie quantitative de la cellule
Notre équipe vise à développer de nouvelles technologies d’imagerie et de microtechnologie pour déchiffrer l’organisation et la dynamique des protéines à des résolutions spatiales et temporelles élevées. Plus précisément, quatre domaines de recherche principaux sont consacrés au développement :
1) De nouveaux instruments pour améliorer la profondeur de pénétration et le contenu spectral des méthodes de microscopie à haute et super-résolution pour l’imagerie d’échantillons vivants complexes et physiologiquement pertinents,
2) des outils analytiques pour la visualisation et la quantification d’ensembles de données multicolores en 3D,
3) des outils d’imagerie et d’analyse qui combinent des approches de microscopie à criblage à haut contenu et de microscopie à super-résolution pour quantifier la dynamique et l’organisation des protéines dans les cellules vivantes, et
4) de nouvelles microtechnologies pour contrôler le microenvironnement cellulaire in vitro.
